Please anyone here can inform me that is there any house construction going on in Fazaia Housing Scheme, Raiwind Road Lahore?
I am very much interested to build single story at my 10 Marla (32.2 X 70) plot. No matter if there is no house under construction. I would be happy enough to take a crown myself to be a First builder in Fazaia Housing Scheme, Lahore.
1) My plan is to leave some space on front and back of the house for Gardening/Landscaping purpose.
2) The House would be like a Hut Style and it will comprises of 2Bed/2Bath,1 kitchen,TV Lounge, Dinning and porch.
Please share your idea how much covered area should be there for such theme.

i dont think in fazia any construction activity has started but Zamin Developer are constructing few houses |

Dear 2002 your plan for a Hut Style residence is not good in terms of Land Use. Go for a proper house design (by some architect) with the same accomodation mentioned in your post on the ground floor & then go only for the construction of ground floor. In this way you will have a chance to construct the 1st. floor whenever you need to.

AG: Many Thanks for your advise. I am with you. I should leave a chance to construct another story in future. I would surely seek help of an architect to give an idea how I can leave spaces with this plot measurement.

Dear All ,
Just wanted to share my opinion ,recently i was viewing various town houses and villas in one of the Chinese cities to relocate my family and what i came across is some beautiful houses but never built or refurbished from a point of view that the owner would lease them so something like a beautiful 4 bedrooms villa but with 2 bathrooms as the owner did not think of leasing it initially ,so my advise is whenever you are building a house pls keep in mind no matter how you may love that but one day you may have to dispose it or a better option etc and at that point yo must also consider that would your house be able to meet generalmarket demand .I reecntly got info on a 1 kanal house in Rawalpindi DHA with 3 bedrooms but nice lawns at front and back that maybe a Dream house for the owner but now he wants to sell it the market response is not very positive .
