Young man I pray to Allah (SWT) to grant your wish. There is no limit on praying to Allah (SWT). The person who owns this house now came to this world like any one else. Be honest, work hard. Allah (SWT) will grant your wish one day.

We must not be pessimists & lose hope. Rules of Islam are for ever.
I will cite my personal experience.

I bought one acre of agriculture land on Chiniot Road in Jhang at a cost of PRs. 100,000/- in mid nineties with savings from my salary. At that time there was no urban development in that area. After around a decade developers bought land around & opposite side of my land & approached me to buy my land as well & I sold my land in PRs. 5.85 million.

So work hard, invest whatever you have & pray to Allah (SWT).
People with black money have their own problems.

It is not how much you make
It is what you make with it.

Money is only one aspect of life. Life has so many facets. To be happy and satisfied you need health, a good helping loving and caring family, good friends, academic successes, healthy intelligent successful and obedient children and so much more.
Wealthy people, living in F6 are not always happy or satisfied. Most of people living in large houses are middle aged to old without their children, most of children are living separately usually in some western country.
Don't limit your aim and ambition to just one plot or house.

hmmmm Mr chema u r rite....

one such example is in front of us ,alot of people dont know that owner of Marriott hotel ,Mr hashwani has digestion problm ,he cant digest anything except the soups , he cant digest solid food ....his money poer etc etc nothing can help him here :(
