All Brothers please advise me which society in Lahore is suitable to invest about 5 Millions for a period of 5 years. Please give me the detail like Phase / Block and Plot size etc.

DHA phase 8 proper some uncertanity good Gain
DHA 7 less certainity less gain
Valancia ready to Make home no nucertanity but merate Gain expected,
Neshaman 2 ready to Make Home Good Gain expected
IEP ready to Live Good Gain expected
Bahria overseas Block there is still room for Improvement but too much ahssle of charges by Bahrai admin

It is Customary that for Gain point of View people advise the projects in pipeline, But My 2006 to 2011 experience is that only those societies which are good to live they gained the Price EXCEPT DHA 4 and 5

in 5 millions u can buy two one one kanal plots in lda avenue at good location.after five years more gain.
second dha parkview view two files.after 5 years more gain but u have to pay development charges at these two plots.

Sir, Bahria "No Construction" charges will start from the day when the plot will be transferred to my name OR it will be counted since the first possession was given to the Seller.
