AOA to all brothers and sisters,

I need the honest and sicnere opinion on one deal which I have done in Punjab Government Employees Housing Scoiety Phase-2 for 17 Marla plot worth 34 Lacs.I intend to start construction of my home.

Please share if this price is a good deal and what are teh future prospects of this society,

Also guide what are useful tips before I may start constructing my home InshAllah as initially I intend to build single story with two bed rooms.

What should be the cost of constrcution as per the xperts,
