I have DHA Phase 8 (Parkview) allocation file of 10 Marlas. Is it advisable to keep it or sell it? What are the prospects that it will materialize in to a plot in near future? Please reply

Price have increase a lot recently. It may be wise to sell it now. People believe there will be ballot soon for these files so you may want to take chance to hold till ballot.
Please also note DHA 7 almost ready plots of 10 marla including development charges cost 25 to 26 lacs. So you must think hard now what will be worth of Parkview plots of 10 marla after the ballot IF they are located across Berki road in front of LSE.
If you ask me I will say Parkview kanal still have room to grow but 10 marla may not give you much return after the ballot.IF IF and IF they are 1 to 2 km off Berki road in front LSE and in area that wont have any other DHA part on all 4 sides for long time to come.
I hope no one get offending by my comments above. If you disagree please convince me with solid reasons why?
