It depends wher this Plot is Located on Mian, but the price mentioned by Hussain is bit low, It is hard to Confirm correct price but I definitely known on of such plot was on Biana with a dealer, he has been trying to sell for months but could not attract any buyer in 42 to 44 range, It is hard to predict at what price he had humted this Plot, But my guss is about 37 Lac [usually they expect 10 percent profit when they indulge in biana].
In short term thsi cant bring a sinificant profit but in long run it will be good, But as you know LDA tremandeouly increase the Commercilazation fees so dont expect you can use it easily for commercial |
