Few days back you informed the forum that DHA is developing DHA-9 Block A,B,C,and D prior to Phase 8.
Would you please inform percentage wise what is the covered area for said blocks and what percentage will remain and included in balott.
You are also requested to mark these blocks ABC&D on phase-9 map and paste it here for our review the exect remaining area's location of DHA-9 .
You have advised and suggested many time that DHA-9 is safest and most rewarding investment as the prices are still very reasonable and has not come to the level of surrounding phases and societies
What do you thing what fear is running in buyers mind and why they are reluctent :h

Salam, As far as i know, I think DHA 9 A,B,C,D blocks are part of DHA Town allocated to army families and D block was in recent ballot. These blocks ( DHA TOWN ) is in the start of DHA 9 near Askari 11, but iam not sure about the location.
I would also like to know if the construction is going on in DHA 9 and DHA Town (ABCD) . and whats happening as i am overseas and have no idea. |

DHA Town Phase 9 map is available on DHA official website and here in the maps section.
The total covered area is small and about 4,800 kanals.
DHA has build the Director Development Phase 9 office on the site and development work is expected to pick speed soon. |
