   Islamabad Sector E-16

Today i saw an ad on geo tv that in Islamabad Sector E-16 new housing scheme is launched named as Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme and plots are available on installment bassed.

I need advice from my respectable readers please give me your experience based out put, if i invest here for 15-18 year base so it can be fruitful.

Sir this is the private scheme, and they used the name of CDA to make it attractive and nothing more.

for 15-18 years investment ,,,it is best available option in Islamabad...this society is not using CDA name .. it is a CDA approved scheme that means it is a CDA sector,,,it is safe to invest here...go for it...it will give u a good return after 5-6 yrz...after 15-18 yrz it will be a well populated place and a developed sector of Islamabad Inshallah...it is right on GT road a plus point for this place

and am not biased Mr AA i dont have a plot there...:)

E-16 location is best after G-15. Price is tooo low as compare to other sectors

Dear R.P Housing is not a new scheme it was launched few years back in 2006 or 2007. I visited this scheme in Feb 2011 although I have no plot in that scheme but the location is very good on G.T Road. Developement work is in final stages. In my opinion it is good place for safe investment

This is the same group that launched Soan Residencia near Soan River but it was never realized. Thay some projects complete in Hyderabad I think , but I am not sure about their compete project in Islamabad. RP was launched back in 2006 as Zulfiqar rightly said but I am not aware of the current status.

for investment upto 15-18 yrz i think sectors like g-16,f-17,b-17,e-16,e-17,i-14,i-15,i-16 are the best options...
for 5-6 yrz investment go for sector g-15 and f-15.....
