respected mian nadeem and other professionals from Islamabad can u plz tel me that which sector is more worthy as we are having an option now ,
SECTOR I-8 OR E-11 ??
i have asked my father to go for i-8 on some reasons ,,wats your opinion guys n plz reasons also ?

There is no comparison between I-8 and E-11. I-8 is much organised and well kept sector. You can see the difference even from Google earth.

Interesting comparison. Since E-11 is less organized I think you should not compare E-11 as a whole with I-8. If you compare with E-11/3 I would say E-11/3 is better. If you compare with E-11/1 then I would say I-8.

E-11 will improve further after development of Northern Strip whereas I-8 is at its peak. I recently read in newspaper that the East and North service roads of E-11 (leading to D-12) are soon to be made double by CDA.

I-8 will always be closer to F-6/F-7 blue area and the Constitution Avenue and E-11/D-12 will always be more scenic, so make your choice based on your personal preference and family needs.

Both sectors are good.

I-8 is better at present.
I-8 is CDA developed sector.
Plots are transferred from CDA.
I-8 is easily accessible from main Islamabad and Pindi.
All picnic spots are nearer.
Hospitals like Shifa are very close.
I-8 is Surrounded by comparatively low standard areas like I-9 & I-10.(Only disadvantage).

E-11 is developed by private societies.(Multi,Police,Medical,Services)
E-11 MPCHS is best society in sector.
E-11 is surrounded by very good and scenic sectors like E-10 , E-12,
D-12 & F-11.

Sectors near Margalla Hills are always considered better.

bue even in e-11/3 all the streets r 40 feet whereas in i-8 all streets are 50 feet and i-8 is even close to places like sports complex ,blue area, Pakistan mounment,super n jinah super n big hospitals like shifa,pims,holy family etc as Mr Mian nadeem said.....

whereas in e-11 if u r in e-11/3 u dont have a proper n vast markaz like that of i-8...in i-8 all small shoping centers n markaz are well developed....

but as CDA has developed alot of new plots in i-8 and allotted thm to their employs and made the sector a bit populated ,,so does this thing will effect ??
as i-8 is already losing its beauty so i thnk after 5 yrz ye to i-10 ban jaye ga ....

and yes Mr reader fom isb is also right in e-11 almost 60% of area is with kachi abadis where as i-8 is as a whole a developed place...

simple answer: E-11 is the future investment of Islamabad. I-8 is the past. In i-8 you can live happily today but in E-11/3 you will die to live in the future. Very scenic very attractive

oh wow mr nabeel dont forget that 60% area under kachi abadi and golra darbar. CDA cant afford to remove it and eya f-6 is the oldest sector of isb,,,the older it gets the developed it is.....

i only agree with u on that scenic beauty thing....

but for beauty thing in i-8 u just have to cross Islamabad highway and u r on lok virsa road ,,shakr parian,islamabad monument,sports complex etc etc

be sensible,keep in mind golra is exempted village have revenue record not other villages in sector areas of Islamabad like f/11 or g/11,golra is now changing in posh apartments ,school,colleges and hospitals due this golra village price is more than d/12 even f/11,in i sector you can not move industrial area,i/10,i/9 and other rubbish areas lets comes in e/11 societies,to many beautiful markiz like in multi and federation no govt hospital and govt quartos etc all around double roads northern strip etc. If you have money don't wast your time get in one kanal plot choice wise purchase plot after double road 1.multi1,fedration,services,police and last multi2

mss bhai g-13 is gud but not yet developed as compared to sectors discussed above,,,i am also considering more options like g-11,g-10 they are also decent sectors and in range also

Not visited D-12 recently. Future is very bright.
Priority wise:

At present
1- I-8
2- E-11
3- D-12

In future
1-D-12
2-E-11
3-I-8

Every 1 this guy Atiq raja is sick person so be aware of him.... 1 day he says DHA is best and 2nd month he says D-12 is best. so please understand what he try to make of you guys......
