Help is needed regarding a 12M double storey house in PAF Officer Colony Sadar opposite Askari houses.
Asking price is 65 Lacs, house is 6-8 years old, This price seems me below market price while omparing with some other areas because 5M double storey houses are avaiabale in 40-50 Lacs.
Could i step forward to buy it or otherwise, Please advise. Thanks.

Well , MR. SA , you should see the location first, coz , the area close to GHOSIA COLONY isnot good at all and there is no bounday wall to that side. Even up keep in that area is far be low normal. Further the house it self need to be seen , i.e design , construction , accomodation etc. There must be some reason for below makrket selling and you must investigate that.

I doubt this name PAF Colony? It should be someting like AFOHS (AF Officers Housing Scheme. Pl confirm what you are buying and where its located.

I am an Ex-PAF officer having property in Falcon Complex, Gulberg-III and Fazaia ( Raiwind Road)-LHR. It may be just a location reference as PAF Officers Colonies are official residences of serving officers. Be sure b4 going into any such deal.
