Can some one tell me the balloting status of Ik plots in DHA-9? And is DHA-9 and DHA Town the same phase?

No chance in near future. But its a good long term investment.

The Ballot of DHA Lahore Phase 9 one kanal is expected in one to two years and after balloting Possession will be handed over for house construction within two to three years.

Your "guess" is 100% correct. Please also mention when "the time " will start after which you are counting two or three years?

In other words, you are saying that the possession of phase 9 will be delivered before phase 8? Right?
