Please guide that I have budget of about 40 Lacks and want to buy 1 kanal plot around vacinity of Wapda town like Wapda phase 2, Tariq Gardens, NFC , Valencia etc.
Would appreciate replies

You can get 1K plot in Engineer's Town (adjacent to wapda town & NFC) as per your allocated budget. |

If your budget is strictly 40 then you will end up buying below average location plot in above societies. It is also to be taken into account that kanal plot will cost transfer fees, CVT , and stamp duty plus commession that cumulative cost about 1.9 lac,
In 40 lac budget you can find following loctions,
valencia B Block near boundary with NFC and UET I dont consider it bad as both sides are equally populated and secure. However in selling point of view may take time to sell.
2nd is J block on location midway between boundary and main. dont goto boundary of J Block as area behind is not populated.
another option is 16 merla in L Block in 37 to 38 lac here well populated very good locations are available.
M block near boundary can also be looked but it is again not a good choice.
C Block near Naz Town can be searched as well but again this boundary is not liked as naz town in below average society.
in NFC you can get again on Boundary towards college road ext.
Tariq gardesn if you get in 40 it will be near nallah
WAPDA town 2 is badly planned it is uninterrupted by villages and private land if you see the map you will understand it can be arranged even in 35 to 36 on bad locations.
another average location in his budget in nasheman 2 which is better than WAPDA 2.
Best advice in this area is valencia if you increase the budget by 3 lac and average location in average block can be found. Good blocks good locations are not less than 50 |

In the vicinity of WAPDA Town, UET will not be a bad choice. It is well planned & populated as well. |

@Jameel Sb: I guess 16 marla L block may be good option. If you know some plots plz let me know. Further boundry plots with NFC can also be considered.
