Dear All,
Plesae guide me, I need some inforamation regarding Gulshan-e-Ahbab housing society which is behind Pakarab Housing Society. I am going to purchase a plot of 5 Marla of Rs. 625,000 (Rs. 125,000 per marla). I have some questions in my mind:
1) Is this Society is approved by LDA?
2) Gas will be provided to this society?
3) Rs. 125,000 per marla is fine or they charging me excessive amount?
4) Any other legal restriction on plots or any other problem with is society?
Your guidance will be very helpful to save my money.

Is this society situated after Gulshan-e-Ahbab? Is this developed society? what is rate of per marla over there? |

If you drive a little further, it is next to EME on the canal,and you cant miss the entrance. I do not know the rate. You are apparently in Lahore. Go visit and have the first hand information. |
