Dear Sirs,
I am planning to start my project for building a house on one kanal piece of land. I am looking for a plot in phase 6 but deep in blocks like F but in B, G or H.
Need you kind advice about the over all estimate including land, construction (A class) and cost of doing project.
Are there any contractors who can undertake the project under the direct supervision of 3rd party consultants and release of payment after clearance from the cosnultant?
worse case scenario, i might opt to go for buying an already built house which should not be older than 3 years.
