DHA Lahore Phase 8 From 45 to 75 Lacs
Parkview Lahore From 35 to 45 Lacs Non developed. Developed 1k Plots 55 to 80 lacs (Can Start House Today)
question is :
The difference between Phase-8 rates and Park View DEVELOPED plots rate are very close, only a difference of Ten lacs.
Either price of Park View developed plot is very low as compared to Phase-8 (SEEM TRUE) or Phase-8 price is high.
Park View developed plot are on ground plots and Phase-8 plots are on paper which even can be changed in shapes and location as Line on paper can be rubbed.
Sir if all above is true then why prices of such an excellent location park view developed plots rate are low as compared to Phase-8 Map plots.
