AOA all,
I request you all to please advice me on this.
My father just retired and got 50lac rupees. he intend to build a house after 2-3 years at any good place to live in lahore and therefore wants to buy 2 plots now so that after 2-3 years he may sell one at profit and build house on other.
There is no restriction of area, only requirement is better return.
Please advise us on this.
second option is to buy a home, if this is the option then which area can he get 10M house in around 60 (for renting out for 2-3 years).
Members help will be appreciated.

Go for 2 nos. 10 marla plots in sector C of Bahria Town Lahore. Property prices in BT Lahore are appreciating & 5 or 10 marla plots are easy to sell because there are more customers for these plot sizes than bigger plots. Good Luck to you & Your Dad.

i appreciate and agree with 2 small plots but won't it be wise to invest in two different schemes cuz if one doesnot pay back good than other may. |
