Grey structure,

A simple question

which matrial comes in grey structure? or what items come in grey structure and how the per square ft cost comes?

i will be thankful to all for sharing the information if given

As a rule of thumb, Rs 700-800 per square foot of covered area.

To my knowledge, which ever activity involves cement, sand and bricks comes under grey structure. excavation, brick work, roof slab, plaster, floor, bath tiles, roof tiles etc. till parapet walls are considered under grey structure, however, electric conduiting and plumbing piping are additional activities and are not included in grey strcuture.

Roof slab area is measured as sft.
