Dear All,
I want to built my house at 10 marla plot 35X65. Am looking for a single story with two bed, Drawing, Living room and kitchin like normal. Am also looking for a smal Lawn + S pool at the front if possible. Can any one help me with a map available. Moreover how mutch it cost me with good material. Many thanks in advance.

I want to extend advise that i have 5 marla single story in Johar Town i want to complete it buy constucting 2nd story plot size i normal as in Johar Town. let me know the detial including cost of this.

Dear Sabir Sahib ,
I would not be able to advise you on the house itself but i would only recommend that it is not a goo idea to have an outdoor swimming pool in a 10 Marla house ,you would rather build additional bedrooms so in future if you plan to dispose it off it has a better market value .Doing a swimming pool maybe suitable for you and the family but the maintenance costs are high and once the kids grow up Mashallah there would not be much use ,

Dear Muhammad Sabir I fear you will end up wasting your time & money. Get in touch with some Architect for your house design. It will not cost you a fortune. I paid PRs. 18,000/- for the design of my in BT Lahore. I, my family & all those who happen to see the house are happy.
Only Ground floor on a 10 marla plot will cost you around PRs. 3 million.
