AOA,CMY sahib and all on this forum.I need an honest opinion that I have budget of around 10 lacs and i need to buy a 5 or 10 marla plot for my daughter in any society of lahore,preferably near defence so that if i buy today ,after 8-9 years i can sell it for her marriage.what are the safe and fruitful options.i am scared of any frauds.kindly help.THANKS.

first of all sana ,,shadi 10 lacs main bhe ho skte hai :D
but if your not able to find a suitable place to invest ur money ,,,,go for a fixed deposit account in any bank,,,,they will give you double after 5 years...it means after 10 yrz u will have 30 lacs...

Go for a 10 marla plot in NFC2 Lahore or IEP Lahore. They are good for long term investment.

Dear sana It is not possible to get plot in this budget near defence, Formanite and state life phase 2 r two societies in them you can get plot in this budget but both are not good for investment point of view. formanite's management is corrupt. State life phase 2 has no future so far. In this budget you can get 10 marla plot in Awt phase 2 on Raiwind Road and 5 marla plot in Jubliee Town on Canal Road near Izmir. Both r consider fraud free societies. For making any final decision you plz visit these societies personally.

Just add 2 more lakhs and buy a plot in Fazaia Society. It runs under PAF management. After 3-4 years, its value is gonna be doubled. And will be 3-4 times after 8-9 years.
