Slaam Dear users and CMY Sahib

Now Eden Developer start new project by name of Eden Villas, Plz give suggestions and want discussion,,,,?????

Dear 1st of all we have to see that the eden announced arround 15 projects since 2008. How many they deliver answer is non. if i am wrong some body can correct. Now this new trap 8 year installments. Possasion 3 year.They will take these installments and will not handover the house in 3 years if you are very lucky and ALLAH kind on you then may be after 10years you will get the possasion. Clear example for this EDEN BOULIVARD. They said on ist installment can get the possasion but still nothing even those pay the entire amount. This is my advise just keep away from eden if you dont want any heart attack in the future.

I never get any house or plot from eden. But i am thinking to get one as I have noticed for 20 years of my time in UAE, Eden delivered their promised. It may be delayed one or a little more year but they delivered. All their proects are finalised and people are living there.

Please check yourself before investing in any EDEN project. They are big time liars and do not deliver on their promises at all. They are so arrogant that they won't even bother telling you why it is delayed.

Take EDEN Value Homes, or EDEN Gardens for instance. People have paid their full installments and waiting for last 2-3 years to see their dream houses move above the 'slab' level.
