I want to invest Rs. 30 Lacs in commercial or residential property in Lahore.My objective is to get good return in next 2-3 years. I want sincere advice from my brothers having knowledge of market and price trends.

Sir you can buy phase 5 ext file for very short term (but will cost you around 36.5 to 37 in total) and you can get 5 to 10 lacs gain hopefully in 3 to 6 months time. Other good options are 5 marla plots in Parkview villa and Bahria town. |

I suggest 2nos. 2.6 marla commercial plots in Bahria Nashaman.
If you can increase your budget to just around 4 million go for 3 nos. 5 marla residential plots in sector D of BT Lahore.
