AOA everyone! I have 10 marla plot in bahria and am ready build the house. I need some information.. How much it will cost to build double story house on 10 marla plot??? What are the rates in the market?? Please experts give me any info you can!!

For a 10 marla double story house, the cost of a A class finish house would be Rs. per square foot of covered area. The variation in cost is due to the fluctuating prices of the material and depends upon your choice of material and fixtures.

As per Bahria Construction Bylaws FAR (Floor Area Ratio = Total covered area/Plot area) for a 10 marla plot is 1.5. So if you go for a construction rate of PRs. 1600/Sq.ft then,

Total Cost = 2250x1.5x1600
= 5,400,000
= 5.4 million
