First of all I would like to appreciate the efforts of the experts they are putting up to satisfy the requirements of a number of new entrants. Then i request for an advice especially from NADEEM Sb; that though the cost of purchasing an old 30x60 house in G-10 and buying a plot (30x70) and constructing a house in G-13 is close if not the same; then which one is the best option. The following factors may be relevant:
1- G-10 option:
- Ready to possess and move in
- Transportation cost is lower for kids and self
- Public transport is available
- Markets and other facilities are in place
- Houses are old with obsolete designs and requiring major repairs
2- G-13 Option:
- Flexibility to buy plot and then plan construction
- Costs may overrun for self construction
- High transportation costs
- Rental accommodation during construction period.

These are just basic facts known to all but only experts could compare these proposals more realistically and strategically.
