I visited the DHA property deal office in DHAI main office.
Before whenever I approached the office before, Mr. Sultan always told me that this project will prove successful not in near future!
Our recent visit to Pakistan, we wanted to sell our unit in DHA Homes but this time He suggested us to stop selling as they are being built now! He also informed us that the expected rent for a 8 Marla unit would be at least Rs 18000 per month. He commented that if we sell DHA will get its commission but still He did not like the idea of selling it?

This is my bit, others can also share their experience

Can anyone help me by suggesting me the price of 5 marla plots in f-17,e-16,g-15 and d-12 sectors in Islamabad.

I would be thankful if both the lumpsum prices are informed along with the possibility of installments and for any further available options where i can get more info on the possible down payments and installment schedules for buying plots in the sectors above.

Price of 25*50 plot in D-12 is minimum 40 lekh. In F-17, E-16,G-15 minimum plot size is 30*60.

I visited DHA home few months back gray strutures were complete. Future is good on completion 12000 to 15000 rent for 8 marla is expected in start. Dont sell if u can hold.
