I AM FOLLOWING UR WEBSITE FOR A WHILE AND FOUND IT VERY USEFUL. I WANT TO BUY A 10 MARLA PLOT IN DHA BUT NOT SURE EITHER PHASE 8 IS BETTER OR PHASE 9 NEWLY BALLOTED PLOTS. IT SEEMS THAT OWN IS VERY HIGH IN PHASE 9. NOT SURE WHICH ONE WILL BE DEVELOPED FIRST OR WHICH ONE IS GOOD FOR 5 YEARS INVESTMENT? I WANT TO BUY THE INSTALMENT PLOTS.CAN U ALSO GUIDE HOW MUCH IS OWN IN PHASE 8 FOR 10 MARLA?
ANOTHER QUESTION IS WHY PHASE 9 ALLOCATION FILE 1 KLANAL FILE PRICES ARE INCREASING? IS THERE ANY CHANCEOF BALLOT IN NEAR FUTURE?

Dear Noor ul Hassan, The location of dha phase 8 is better than phase 9 but development work of dha phase 9 of A,B,C & D block will be done first , after this phase 8 development work will start. you can get plot in phase 8 @ 1.5 lac to 3.50 lac depending on location.

Mr. Rashid, Many thanks for ur reply.Can u please also tell me how many instalments are left in 10 marla phase 8 plots and 2ndly when should we expect development of phase 8 and 9?

Dear ja current prices in v block DHA PHase 7 ranges from 42 lacs to 56 lacs

Thanks a lot salman bhai. Can you please also tell why the price of V block is slightly less than other blocks of phase 7.Is it because of less developement of V block as compared to other blocks or there is some other reasonn such as some areas still not in possession of dha etc. I will be obliged if you could give some information

Dear JA , the reason for this is that there is a very big village named Chack Dhera exists in V block DHA Phase 7 which is not going any where.that why prices in V block are lower .
