Gentlemen. AoA. I will give a brief assessment of different commercial areas of BT Lahore & other societies around BT. This is my personal view & may or may not be correct. 1. I am not aware of the present prices of commercial plots in sector D. 2. At launch time prices of sector D commercial plots were almost at par with the prices of sector C commercial plots which, in my opinion, were not fair. 3. Sector D commercial plots on the canal are promising. However they are not at par with sector C commercial plots. 4. With the passage of time 4km long commercial area of sector C of BT Lahore with multistoried buildings on 210 ft. wide road will emerge as "Central Business District" of not only Entire BT Lahore but also of All other societies around BT Lahore because of its size, location, BT Educational, recreational & transport Facilities. Guests at Bahria Grand Hotel will also increase the foot fall in this commercial area. Once the 150 ft wide road through the Meadows is extended to defence road most of the traffic from BT & other societies like PAEC, Canal residence, Superior Services, NFC2 etc to Universities & Societies on Defence road & to Bhopatian Chowk on Raiwind road will also pass through sector C commercial area. 5. Commercial areas of other sectors of BT or other societies in the area have much less potential as compared to sector C commercial area. I know, for sure, there are much more experienced & informed members of this forum & request them to correct if I am wrong. Regards |
