I just sold my plot from G-15 Islamabad. Here is the reason that i wanted to share with everyone here the reason:


Society has created additional plots on land that actually was planned for schools and graveyard.

Development work is like crap. If i compare G-15 to Bahria town its like 1:10.

Water shortage. Have to get water by tanker.

Unpaved streets and Sewage system already crumbling.

Society has corrupt and Uncooperative management.


Be aware! Don't just be fooled only with the location.

i have 2 close friends and my aunt living there,,,i have seen them using water from society for more than hours washing there cars n garages....no complaints about water shortage...

sewerage system is running as it should...
only streets are unpaved i agree with you on that...
society is corrupt but they are cooperative ,,..

i think u didnt saw a vast markaz ,,where was ur told and kitnay main sold kiya ?

sory i forgot to mention that g-15 is a sector which has NOC from CDA that means they work on CDA rules,,,go see streets of g-13 ,some streets of i-8 n f-11 they r still not paved because the construction work is going on,,..
according to CDA rules when 75%of construction work is completed then roads are carpeted finally ,g-15 management is taking advantage of this rule.....u can even confrm this from the old residence of g-11 and f-11....
and yes bahria and defence makes roads stret lights etc etc in start so that they can earn alot of money as development charges,,,eg my uncle want to sell his plot in DHA1 but development charges are 5 Lac rupes while here ur development charges n transfer fee r just 30,000 :)....

am not biased i dont have any plot or other property in g-15...:)
