BAHRIA 5 MARLA PLOTS,

I am interested to buy 5 Marla’s Plot in Bahira Town Sector C, Can anyone help me out with the current rates? Also if possible please let me know the cost to build double story. How much time it will take to be nicely populated?

Also I live in Dubai, What are the possbilities of buying it here or I have perosnally visit Lahore?

Sector C has two blocks with 5 marla plots, Gardenia & Tulip. Gardenia's 5 marla plots are at a higher cost because it is a populated block with many houses and its residents. Whereas tulip's 5 marla portion will cost you less since its not much populated.

Gardenia 5 marla price range: 14.5 Lac to 16.5 lac depending upon the location
Tulip 5 marla price range: 12 Lac to 14.5 lac depending upon the location.

I recently constructed a 5 marla house in Johar town with A grade construction and it costed me 24 Lacs. But at the moment rate of bricks and cement has gone very high so it might cost you around 25-26 lac for double story house.

But as far as my knowledge as concerned, Possession for Jasmine,Gulbahar,Tulip,Iris,Chambali,Nargis & Janipar blocks as already made by the BT Managment.

If you book/buy a plot directly from BT or through LRE you need not go to Pakistan Right now but if you buy a plot from a private person who owns the plot you & the seller have both to be present in the BT office togather. You must carry your NIC card & the seller must carry the original allotment letter. BT takes a joint photograph of the seller & buyer at the time of transfer of plot.

Seem you have aloot of knowledge; Help me a bit, considering I have to invest my current savings which are around 12 Lakh and later within 2 years of time start building a house. Where should I opt for? I have 80% interest toward BT. Which Sector should suits me the best? What about Sector D?

Sector C is better than sector D.

5 Marla (Tulip block in Sector C) is a better option. It's within your budget, ready to construct and more and more new houses are being built with time so suits you as you plan to build within two years. Sector D's possession not given yet so no development, no population and will take some time.
