UAE Laws about residence visa for property owners in UAE are not very clear. It is highly risky to invest in Dubai propoerty for this ourpose. However these days property prices in Dubai are quite attractive. Regards |

If you buy property worth of AED 1 million, then u can get visa for 6 months. And it is not a residence visa, it is a multiple entry visi visa but renewable after every 6 months by paying the visa fee every time. The other ways are to start a business there. Go to UAE on a visit visa and then see the opportunities there according to ur previous experience. You can get visit visa for 1-3 months from any good travel agent. |

If any of your friend or relative has a company, take from them. it is the cheapest option. otherwise buy a free zone lisence and get many visas. Agent's also arrange residence visa but charge very hi. to buy property to have visa is not advisable |

Yes, IrfanUAE is correct u can get Res visa against property value 1 Million. It is valid for 3years. you have to exit each 6month. No work allowed. The only option is to get work visa and invest in property. As Resident you have multiple options to become entrepreneur. You may contact me at my email . |

instead of investing 1m dirhams to have residence, why not take a free zone lisence AED 35K per year and have 4 families visas, share the cost. I heard agent selling res visas for 15K AED valid for 2 years |

Keep in mind Dubai is one of the most expensive places to live with family. If you do not earn above 5 Lacs Pak Rs, you are likely to have to make compromises and live sub standard life in order to have any saving. If you have good high paying job 4+ Lacs with residence and health coverage provided by your employer you are OK otherwise you might be in trouble by paying a lot of money just to get residency. |
