Can somebody with market knowledge and well reputed like CMY, CDW or Hussain Kaisrani sahib shed some light on the existing status of phase 5 extension plot balloting in December?
Curiosity of people are building as the month approaches but we should at the same time be ready for practicalities and its much better to know the ground realities, whether they go in our favour or not.
So i am just writing to ask people sitting in the market about the existing situation. And if there are any chances of further delay then what are the reasons behind it?
From what i can see they cannot delay it any further due to the following major reasons;

1. A major ballot for a big phase or part of it is long over due which DHA cannot postpone any more as army personnel need to be alloted plots immediately and that demand cannot be satisfied by Askari housing in lahore only.Hence, ballot of phase 9 is bound to happen next year.
Now, there is no way that phase 5 extension balloting can be left out with phase 9 ballot so close in sight.
2. All the major hurdles that delayed phase 5 extension ballot like phase 5 interchange and Askari housing allocation in that phase have been removed now.

So i am trying to find the logic which might delay this ballot further and i can't find any.
Would love to have people's views on it.

PS: A lot of messages on this topic by various people have gone unnoticed the last few weeks so would appreciate a detailed discussion on this issue.
