DHA phase 9,

DHA phase 9 lahore file is going up and up...

it jumped in few months from 15 to 20 lak .
i want to know that apart from file how much we have to pay in the form of development charges in this DHA phase 9 ..

ao after that what will be total price ????

DHA-8 was launched at the price of 45 lack plus 10lack for development charges thats make toral 55 lacks per kanal. I believe DHA-9 will not be less then that when ever get launched.

Lets assume even if is being offer on same price it will be 45 lack for plot and perhaps 10 to 15 lack as development.

Thats why the file price is getting higher every day because it is getting closer to the announcement of balloting.

It is astonshing that the fact phase 9 files are under valed came in light all of sudden during last few months.

Hello jk. can you or CM please explain the 45lack price tag for phase-9 plot? what does that mean? i have phase-9 file. does that mean i will have to pay 45 lack and then 10k development charges? if not, then what does the price of 45 lack mean?

You do not have to pay any additional money to DHA except development charges, 45 lakh price tag means, DHA offered DHA 8 one kanal plot for 55 lakh including development charges (45=55-10). It means you can estimate the value of your DHA 9 plot after ballot.

since you have allocation file you have to pay the development charges only. For DHA 8 the development charges was 10 lacks
( i.e 83,500 x 12 installments )

The value of your file will be 45 lacks if DHA keeps the same same rate as for DHA-8.

Now Allah knows better what will be price at the ballting time for DHA-9 but history tells there is always an increase in price.

hey I bought file for phase 9 "1 kanal", i have got receipt tht states associate membership fees,mosque fund,manzernama charges, sports fund, and all, do i still hav to pay development charges?
