Assalam Alaykum
i want to sell my 15-Marla semi-old home in Model Town Lahore (F-Block), near Makro/link-road, (open-face to words big-mosque-park).

i am offered max 100 lacks,
How mush should i demand?

It's all depends upon location, and construction.

If road in front is 30+ feet and construction requires little refurbishment then 125 or even 135 is reasonable. But destructible houses wont get more then 105 or 110.

Semi-commercial houses can be more expensive could go more then 150

Other factors which can effect the price are sewerage system, security

PS: my estimate is for Model town houses only.
