Just wanted to seek input from all as i have made a deal for 17 marla plot worth 33.75 LACS in Punjab Government Employees Cooperative Society Phase-2 situated on College Road opposite Eden Residentia project,
Is it a good deal as i intend to start building my home on it.
Also I need key tips before i may start constrcution and which are good builders and architects to contact and what is teh best strategy as i have got funds not more than 25-30 lacs for the single story cosntruction.
