Dear mian Current market worth of following plots are as

Near Corner L 410 DHA Phase 6 is around 90 to 92 lacs
Near R 31 DHA Phase 7 is around 55 to 56 lacs.
Near Q 411/25 DHA Phase 7 is around 33 to 34 lacs
Near Y 814 DHA Phase 7 is around 40 to 41 lacs.
Near U 337 DHA Phase 7 is around 45 to 46 lacs

i asked you yesterday about z1 978 phase 7 current price and you replied with 44 to 46 lac.i just want to know its possession is not yet given and after getting it should i expect it atleast 60 lacs?
and i will appriciate if u can tell me when z1 possession is expected.

Dear Zahid,
The entire phase 7 possession is expected by the end of Dec 2012.The development work is in progress.
