Where is Overseas Block in DHA Valley, any idea? Or is it different from DHA Valley.

It seems there is a mistake in this map!
DHA Homes are supposed to be where "Rose"is written?
Homes are at the mouth of Valley not at the end of it?
Correct me if I am wrong,please!

Dear nadeem, Dha Valley is composed of three blocks Bogan viela, sunflower & mongolian.

Mr AKJ, my brother has a plot is LAVENDER Block, and he got the plot as DHA Valley (not overseas). I applied for overseas Block in DHA Valley. I am curious to know where is the Overseas Block in DHA Valley. Thanks.

mr. nadeen who applied from overseas in dha valley they got plot in bogon viela, mongolian and sunflower blocks only. dhai fixed these blocks for overseas, there is no any separate area for overseas except these three blocks. if anybody have plot in these three blocks means he applied from overseas. these blocks are marked dark red in the map.

i think that DHA management has changed the plan to uplift the valley , as they have changed the plan , in the start they placed the DHA homes in middle of valley but now they distributed the DHA homes in oleander and lilly block, like wise they distributed the overseas block in sunflower, boganvila and mognolia, so as to increase the market value of area and to reduce the pressure from overseas and DHA homes commounity.i know the people who have plots in theses blocks and they didnt apply on overseas quota, so wt u think that DHA will move them to some other blocks?
the actual thing is possession of developed blocks. now see wt they are going to offer it ?

They have uplifted the project by scattering

Bogenveila,Daffodils,Jasmine,Lily,Magnolia,Oleander,Rose,Sunflower and tulip.
*****DHA Homes********* in
Oleander and Bogenvelia
**********Overseas block********* in
Sunflower,Magnolia and bogenveila. so in view of above facts, Sunflower, Bogenvelia, magnolia, Oleander are the most demanding blocks and they will be offered to the customers very soon , then the remaining above mentioned blocks , after that the blocks which are not mentioned here will be ready for possession.
so congrates tp the holders of Sunflower, Bogenvelia, magnolia, Oleander.people having plots in these blocks plz plz dnt sell ur plots at minus , wait for few months. they will be ready and offer very soon

So how much is DHA Homes township locaed NOW from the Islamabad highway?
Can someone make it simple. Before DHA said that DHA Homes start at 8.1 KM from the Highway but now it seems that the distance has been increased? |

The maps issued now by DHA valley had shown that dha homes are shown with blue code , the people who have plots in these sectors initially , definitely they have their plots in them,in no case the dha will relocate them, any way lets see, Mr rocky @Mr.AJK do u have any idea? if the reservations showed by Mr valey are right then definitely the common man will really suffer. i had also checked my status from ballot result , and its same as earlier. they didnot change the plot num and block. |
