Please suggest me whats the future of Bahria Nasheeman for residental and commercal.
I have budget of around 23 Lac to buy plot of 8 to 10 Marla. I will develop house after 3 to 4 years.
If there is another good option avaible in my budget please suggest.

This is best option for you if you already living near that area, like near Kahna or Kasur |

Very good low budget scheme with great infrastructure and backing of good brand....I recommend them for 3 to 4 years investment.... |

How far it is from Kalma chock ( Distance in KM).
Its its to far then what other options i have in mentioned budget |

The scheme is good to live in future. Only traffic quality on Ferozepur is a -ve point. |

In this budget u can also purchase plot in Bahria Town C.Better go for this. |

In your budget Bahria Nashamen is better for commercial & BT Sector C is better for Residential plot.
