What is the current market trend for Phase 6, block G and how much are they going for?

G is the one of the best block to build house specially oposite of J,H block area. i beleive the average price is 85 lac of best location plot and i saw construction of few houses during my visit last week. |

Dear Waheed , currently in G block plots rates are from 76 lacs to 90.

you may go for C block /phase 6 as it is almost full with constructed houses |

its better to buy and build a house in sector C as it much populated and their is a village in middle of G whose future is not cleared yet |
