Friends from Islamabad please guide me. I planned to invest in Punjab Journalist Housing Society, Islamabad. This society located near Bahria Town, Police Foundation, PWD and Doctor's Town. Is my decision right or there is any ambiguity to invest in this society? Remember this is a fully developed scheme.

This is called Media Town. Its suitable for construction of house. If your purpose is only investment then there are No. of other better options in this area such as Gulgberg Islamabad, Jinnah Garden Phase -II etc. |

Sui Gas is not available in Media town plus there is no security because whole society is open and anyone can walk in without any barriers. Also development work is of low standard as few friends have plot their and water supply shortage is being faced currently. |

Thanks to all who replied. Please give me some price idea of 10 Marla plot. Some one is demanding 25 lac. But I don't know the exact market value of 10 marla plot in Media Town, Rawalpindi as I am in Lahore but I intend to invest in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. |
