Can a Plot be purchase from Mukhtar Khas
Asslam O Alikum,

Mein ne aik plot purchase kiya hai. Jiss bande se mein plot lia ha uss ke pass mujhemukhtar-e-khas hai jo patware khane se confirm kia hai.Uss mukhtar e khas ke mutabik jiss ki taraf se ye mukhtar e khas banaya gaya hai uss ke pass pehley mukhtar e aam hai jo ke uss ke bhai ki taraf se hoa tha jiss ke naam pe registery hai. Wo registery mukhtar e khas or mukhtar e aam sab mujhe final payment pe mill gaye hain.

Mein ne waseeka nawees ke through Registery permission li or ab final payment ke baad ab registery verfication ke lieye bhej di hai jiss ke baad inteqal ho ga...

Kiya ye process sahi hai..

Mujhe is web site pe kisi ne batay hai ke ye deal safe nai hai ... kiyon ke asal malik jiss ke naam registery thi wo case ker sakta hai..

Kia ye sahi hai...

Or mujhe app appni safty ke lieeye kia kerna chahiey...

Allah Mian say dua. Otherwise, originally owner of the plot can creat problem anytime for u.

Agar inteqal ho jata hai.. jo ke 1-2 months meind due hai.. kia uss ke baad bhi asal malik ka kuch haq reh jata hai ?

Agar property malik ka Intiqal pur malal registry karwane se phaly ho jai tu Mukhatr-e-Khas qanooni tur per cancel ho jata hey.

Just speed up the process of registry and intiqal. there is no other solution. untill this process is completed, you are in danger zone. never ever buy any property until u know the original owner and he is involve in selling, i mean he is witness in this deal or identifier.

Thats why I said above, Allah Mian is dua karo, everything should go smooth.
