In phase 8 one kanal plots booked @ 55 lacs on installment. Total number of installment are 12 out of which 6 are gone and 6 are due .Loss means you have to pay less amount than actual paid. For expample if 30 lacs are paid , you have to 29 lacs in case of one lac loss.On the other hand for good location in other blocks you do have to pay own/profit on actual paid. for exaple if 30 lacs is paid, you pay 31 lacs in case of profit / own. profit and loss varies according to location. |
