Dear All,
I am currently on a short budget of Rs 20lac for buying a plot. I want to start construction on it immediately. Can anyone advise me in which society I can get a 5 to 8 marla plot in around 20 lac? Please bear in mind that I want to start construction immediately.

Anyway, in your budet, BT on Thokhar side and Baragon on Airport side are suggested to look into. |

If you are looking on Thokar side, then buy a one kanal plot in Fazaia. Do construction on 5 or 8 marla and leave rest as lawn for your kids to play. After recent rise in Ph 9 files, Fazaia is also likely to gain in prices in near future. |

The quality of traffic at raiwind road is pathetic, societies on canal road are much appriciable to live. BT is decidedly better if one can afford to travel some extra kilometers. |
