CDA Park Enclave Islamabad,

I have booked one Kanal plot in CDA park enclave, but due to personal circumstances, I am not interested any more.
1. is it possible to sell the plot at this stage?
2.If not now, when will it be possible to sell it?
3.Is the down payment refundable in full or in part?
Please advise your input,

Dear IUK: You must have paid 1.2 million rupees at the time of application? Hope you did not pay the first instalment of 1.8 million rupees. I think you talk to CDA and they will give you the proper answer. Do not decide without talking to CDA. At the moment, there is nothing done by CDA at the site. I wonder how CDA will be able to give plots to applicants on time?

CDA Park Enclave was the 2nd version of New Islamabad scheme launched in 1992 which is a gone story now and so will be Islamabad Enclave in coming days. Surprizingly there are same hands behind and idea was looting.

Dear Friends,

My intention is only to share infos with you whatever I have without any binding or convincing you abt anything. As per my info, u can't sell the plot right now as CDA has not started any transfer at this stage. the only possibility is that if some other person could buy that on STAMP PAPER. At this stage no body has the idea that how much u will get by selling in this way.
As long as CDA is concerned, u will get any extra amount paid to them beyound 10%(which is 12 Lacs paid as Downpayment). so you will loose imediately 12 lacs.
On the other hand, NESPAK has been appointed as consultant for this project. NESPAK is one of the best and credible institution in Pakistan. Pre-qualification for 4 very good Construction companies has already been done. But still pl dont conclude that u should not sell ur plot. U should check the Local Market in PAK, consult CDA that if u can get something as refund and then take ur decision.

Dear IUK,

There was a real estate company, located in I-8, Islamabad, is engaged in sale and purchase of Park Enclave plots. In October, this year, they were buying the plot, while giving profit of 1.5 lacs. This info was given to me by my office collegue, whose tenant was selling his plot. I also hold one plot in Park Enclave. My collegue is out of country and expected to come back in a day. I will try to send you the details of real estate company dealing in Park Enclave plots, soon.
