I request LAHORE REAL ESTATE and other friends holding phase 5 ext files,
As erlier said by CMY that the ballot is expected in dec 2011 is it correct or again delayed.
Iam holding file since 8-9 years.ALLAH HELP US.

When someone invest in something ,Be ready for loss factor also. Its not possible at all that you will get always return on your investment.If DHA announce ballot tomorrow, you all guys will be the biggest admirer of DHA. If DHA has no credibility then you cant trust at any other society. I aslo faced heavy losses in DHA but at same i got healty return on my investment.Profit and loss is part and parcel of business /investment. |

After ballot DHA will take time to develope Phase 5 Extention M Block. But it is not big issue for DHA. Its only one block ,DHA can develope it with short span of time. May Allah make your wish to make your own house in phase 5 as early as possible |
