   DHAI Phase 2 Extension ...

Guys,

Any chances of DHAI Phase 2 Extension picking up near future ... anyone knows what is plan for Phase 2 Extension. I bought 3 plots couple of years back ... now i am bit confused to still stick with it or sell it in loss


Also i am keen to buy 1 kanal plot in B-17 (@25Lakh). Is it a good deal ?

Anyone who wants to share experience against both these phases is most welcome

I am not an expert but this is my opinion. Mian Nadeem may be the person who can tell you more about it.

DHA 2 Ext is all legel, however Bahria town will not let this place come up until their Phase 8 and 9 are all developed and sold. I also came to find out that Bahria is partly owner of Extension and DHA valley. I see bahria town machinery sitting at the location currently along with Habib Rafique.

B-17 is a great society. Development is also good. However future depends totally on construction of Margalla Ave. If that happens society will become good as gold. If that gets delayed than E-16/17 will be in much better shape than B-17.

in b-17 prices will increase but in dha prices will increase a bit n will stop at their place....
because DHA n Bahria town are so near...bahria provides the excat plot size in less rate n better developed area so people usualy go for bahria town rather than dha...

Hi, Could you share your price 3 years back since I am planning to buy one now and want to see the change during 3 years. Did you visit the DHA2 - Ext recently. How is the sector BC there. Currently an agent is offering me 1 kanal plot for 32 lac there. Please Mian Nadeem saab your guidance required since I am in KSA and need to make a decision. Thanks.

@BM. Sector BC is developed and possession is being given, no gas though. In fact one house is being built there. It's not DHA2 ext now, it's proper DHA-2 sector N or M, check out gallery link on dhai.com.pk

Price of 32 lacs is good, try to get for 30 if not go ahead and buy it. I have plot in DC, no possession yet.

You may contact me for advise on . I have purchased two plots in BC and EC and therefore have fair idea of prices and locations of the plots. 30 plus price is too high. please note that I am neitherr property agent nor interested in selling my own plots.

DHAI-II Ext:
Sir, U have no option but to keep these plots. Price in last blocks of DHAI-2 Ext is less than 6 lekh. IN 25 lekh DHAI-2 BC,CC,DC,EC are better options as compare to B-17.

BM:
Prime location plot price in BC Block is arround 30 lekh. Visited area few weeks back. BC,CC,DC,EC developemnt standard is good possession is also available for some plots.
