Can any body confirm that DHA 7 some blocks are going to be handed over in dec-11

Dear Kamal Sahib , In DHA phase 7 Q,R,S,T and U block are fully developed DHA can announce possession in these blocks anytime in near future.But Entire possession of DHA phase 7 is expected by the end Dec 2012.
