I bought a shop in basment of Raja Centre Kasur a log time ago. The management issued me receipts but did not registered the shop in my name. Possession was given to me.
Have any body any Idea whether the shop is saleable and what is its price?

A local dealer will tell u the price. However I can confirm this much that Legally the shop can sold out based on your sale deed agreement, possession certificate and NDC of the developer. |
