I am trying to plan 10M plot in Bahria town sector C in Jasmine Block which is the well developed society but near the BT there is Fazaaia housing society in it 1Kanal plot is avaialble at the same range in BT 10Marla price. your sincerely guidance is required in this regards with the detail.
Your suggestion will give me the confidence to make a decision.

I would suggest you to buy fazaia plot only if you can hold it for 3 years minimum. Because after that it will pay you off very well than even BT in terms of investment. |

dear faisal, before investing in any society visit personally then decide, i think if you visit physically,you will prefer bahria town lahore. good luck. |

If you want to build house then bahria town is better.. but if u want to invest than Fazaia. Fazaia will take 2-3 years to have some houses whereas bahria is already a living society. |
