I need a bit of help and advice from you. I am living in UK and planning to move back to Pakistan. I am planning to build a 10 marla house. I have some money now. What would you advise shall I buy 2 x 10 marla plots one for construction and one for investment or shall I buy a 5 marla commercial. I plan to buy both in next few months but at present I would have money for either one of those, either one commercial or 2 residential.
Secondly I want to buy the plot without visiting Pakistan, can you tell me which documents would be needed.
If you have any plots kindly let me know, but for me your advice is prime, as I have been a follower of your website for past year.

Tell your budget first. Then anyone can guide you with better options than you mentioned. |

That means you have 120 Lakhs. I think you can buy a 1 Kanal plot in good livable societies like valencia of 45 Lakhs for making your home. With remaining amount, either you can buy 1 Kanal plot in Fazaia society in 20 Lakhs or you can buy a 10 marla plot in Izmir. Both having tremendous future in next 2-3 years. With remaining amount left.. you can buy commercial shops or land in area around Raiwind Road. |
