sincerly required a good advise i am trying to investment in a 1 kanal plot kindly please advice me which phase should i go for 6,7,8, or 9

Dear Junaid Sahib,
Its depends on your budget and time period as well. Phase 6 is fully developed & possession is available for house construction and getting more populated day by day.Phase 7 development work is in progress where few blocks are fully developed and DHA can announce Developed Blocks possession like Q,R,S,T & U anytime in near future but entire possession of DHA Phase 7 is expected by the end of Dec 2012.In phase 8 plots are on maps only.It will take three to four years to be ready for house construction. Currently in Phase 9 One kanal allocation file are available its ballot is still due.

iam planning to put my hard earn money for investment, time period would btw 5 to 10 years,i was planning to go for phase 8 or 9 for 1 kanal plot... wat do u suggest me Sir |

Dear Junaid Sahib . It is highly worthwhile to invest in phase 9 one kanal files. just go for 2 files of one kanal in DHA Phase 9.

Dear Junaid,
Buy two files in DHA-9 and feel as you have rent out houses the return will be in shape of appreciation in the price of your files. When it will get balloted and developed you can sale one file to construct your dream house.
You are lucky that you have time to wait so every thing in in your favour to invest in real estate and there is nothing like DHA-9

In case of DHA-9 you dont know about your plot location, for other phases you fix a price based on plot#. |

@ Junaid you have already lost 1 lac as the price raised in one day. I wish this drops again so you can join but I doubt.it is my sincere advise and I believe that 23.5Lacs should be a minimum price of DHA-9 and from 23.5 it will rise slowly to 30lacs. |
