Phase 9 File Price Seasaw - Some thoughts,

Positives:
- No other real phase left so all file business is mostly in Phase 9 hence buyers and sellers will be there.

- Big investers now have their guns pointing at Phase 9.

- Its location is better than phase 7, away from border and near Ferozepour rd and Ring rd.

- Balloting will happen soon (1 max 2 years)

- Price Rediculously low so in reach for many people to try their luck (some even say "stupid if you don't"). Good midterm investment.
- Expected better than bahria town towplanning with big pak places around markets. All market will have second floors linked togther so that if you go up once you can visit an other market (my thought).

Negatives:

- Development and Handover may take years.
- Big investor involvement
- After balloting you may have plot at quite a discouraging place.
